Categories and annual dues
The annual hospital and clinic membership rates displayed on this website are Silver: $1,750 USD per year; Gold: $3,750 USD per year; Platinum: $7,500 USD per year. These are annual program dues, separate from voluntary support.
Benefits and eligibility
The tier descriptions summarize directory visibility, patient relationship tools and industry access offered by the program. Eligibility and the precise scope, delivery and activation of benefits must be established in the applicable membership agreement. This site does not provide or recreate the Better platform.
Renewal
The program describes minimum verified opportunity thresholds of 10 for Silver, 50 for Gold and 100 for Platinum before renewal becomes due. An opportunity does not guarantee a paying patient or clinical result. Review the written agreement for definitions and conditions. This site does not authorize automatic renewal or charge recurring dues.
Cancellation and refunds
No enrollment or payment is completed here at present. For an existing membership, the agreement governing that purchase determines cancellation and refund treatment. Contact the association with the program name and membership reference for assistance.
