Eligibility and delivery
These published tiers are designed for hospitals and clinics. Program eligibility, onboarding and access are governed by the applicable membership agreement. Membership is not clinical accreditation.
Annual period and renewal
Prices are in USD per year. The program describes renewal eligibility in relation to a minimum number of verified patient opportunities: 10 for Silver, 50 for Gold and 100 for Platinum. These are opportunities, not guaranteed patients or clinical outcomes. Review the written agreement before enrollment.
This site has no automatic renewal or active payment collection. The payment page and agreement must disclose any billing authorization before a charge is accepted.
