Current payment status
This site does not currently collect membership dues, event fees, sponsorship payments or voluntary contributions. A refund cannot be initiated for a charge made through this website because no checkout is active.
Existing transactions
For a transaction completed under an existing program or with another service, the agreement and refund terms presented for that transaction apply. This page does not replace those terms or establish an additional refund entitlement.
Request assistance
Send the association your name, transaction date, amount, payment reference and reason for the request. Do not send a full card number or security code. A request must be assessed against the applicable agreement and payment records. No unconfirmed eligibility window or processing time is promised.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe an association-related charge is duplicated or incorrect, include the relevant references when contacting the association so that the transaction can be identified.
